Community Pool Update

Hiya,
There was a gentleman at the budget meeting who gave an update on the progress of a community pool. If you know how to get a hold of this person, would you ask him if he wouldn't mind posting an update here? I am also trying to find out who he is and how to contact him, but figured there is strength in numbers.
