Locust Hill Community BBQ, August 28th!

Hello Locust Hill Homeowners!

The Locust Hill Social Club is hard at work again! You are invited to the 1st Annual BYO-BBQ (Bring Your Own) on Saturday, August 28th at the Oakmont Common Ground starting at 4pm.

We are asking that you bring enough food that your family would normally eat to share with others to include your meat, sides, desserts and buns. Grills will be available or you can bring the food cooked. Bracelets will be given out to verify the food contribution. Bracelets will be available for purchase for $5.00 per person if you do not wish to bring food.

Paper goods, cutlery, condiments, non-alcoholic beverages, ice and tables will be provided, but you need to bring your own chairs and blankets and any alcoholic beverages to consume or share.

Music and children’s activities will be provided such as face painting, nail art, temporary tattoos, water balloons and other items TBD. These will be all be for tips to either compensate the volunteer or to raise funds for the Social Club for future events so PLEASE BRING A FEW BUCKS WITH YOU!

Blossman Gas Company will also be supplying the grill for the event and will be filling up your small grill propane tanks at the event. There will not be a charge, but a donation cup will be out-proceeds going to the Social Club.

LASTLY, donations of unwanted new or used books of any level for the upcoming book sale will be accepted at the BBQ. The book sale will be held the same weekend as the next yard sale. Proceeds from the book sale will benefit the Locust Hill Social Club for future events.
