Photos with Santa, Dec. 4th!

Hello Locust Hill Homeowners!

The Locust Hill Social Club has arranged for Santa to be our neighborhood on Saturday, Dec. 4th from 10 am-1 pm for pictures with Santa.

Photos will be taken at the home studio of Susan Scheff, a professional photographer living in Locust Hill. Please check out Susan’s lovely work at www.photoscheff.com
She and Santa(Locust Hill Resident Jeff Maccubbin) are volunteering their time and the only cost to you is the photos you purchase. Only printouts will be available for purchase.

There will be only 40 time slots available to the entire community. In order to secure your spot, you will need to mail a $10 check payable to Susan Scheff to the address below. This and only this will secure your spot. If you are unable to keep your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and will go to Susan for time and expenses. If you keep your appointment, this deposit will go towards your picture purchase. If you do need to cancel, you can cancel up to one week prior and receive your deposit back. No exceptions and this offer is only available to Locust Hill Residents.

Because each slot is only 5-7 minutes and we want you to have to best photos possible, this will not be an opportunity for your child to discuss what they want for Christmas. We will however, have a basket to take any letters for Santa that your child wishes to write. Please include the child’s name and address and Santa will write them back.
