Locust Hill Social Club Book Sale!

We will be collected unwanted books for our book sale that will occur on the same weekend as the upcoming Locust HIll Yard Sale. Proceeds from this sale will benefit the Locust Hill Social Club so that we may put on more family and social events in the community like the Easter Egg Hunt, Beer and Wine Social Event and the upcoming community cook out(details coming)

If you would like to drop off books, you may do so to mine or Sarah Itobi's house. 65 and 79 Avenel Court, or send either of us a Private Message and we'll pick them up!

Also, we are always looking for volunteers to help plan, set up and clean up our events. Let us know if you'd like to help your community!

What a GREAT idea!! I definitely have a number of books that I am more than happy to give for this event. I'll drop them by early next week.

You can also drop any books off at the upcoming Locust Hill BBQ on August 28th at the Oakmont Common Ground. Thanks!

Where will the book sale be taking place?

We will be having a book sale the same weekend as the next community yard sale. Sept. 24-26(I believe). Sarah Itobi and I have been collecting and storing books all summer to raise money for the Social Club for community events. We are accepting books, games, videos and DVD's.

Additionally, Sarah and I are more than happy to collect your unsold media after the yard sale as well. We hope to have a book sale twice a year.
